Who are you?

What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 2-6 business days

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at contact@mustufamaqsood.in or by using the Contact Us page 

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at contact@mustufamaqsood.in right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

MaqSabi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow MaqSabi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • MaqSabi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
